What is ideaCity?
Frequently Asked Questions

We look forward to having you join us at ideaCity08. Here are a few guidelines to help make your time with us even more enjoyable.

1. Where can I find an agenda?
Our agenda is posted on the ideaCity website, click here to view the Agenda page.

2. How do I pick up my FULL pass?
It's easy. If you already have a pass for ideaCity, all you need to do is show up at the conference, present yourself to the registration desk, show photo ID, and you'll receive your badge.

The best time to do this is during pre-registration, which will be held at the conference venue, The , The Isabel Bader Theatre, 93 Charles St. West (see map and directions below), on Tuesday 19 June from 6:00-8:00 pm

If it's not possible for you to make pre-registration, don't panic. You do not need to send someone else in your place to pick up materials. In fact, we won't be able to give your materials to anyone else besides you. If you have a full pass and you can't make pre-registration, simply come by the registration desk at anytime during the conference and we'll give you your pass.

3. How do I pick up my DAY pass?
