Guy Miller

Children worldwide have a voice in Dr. Guy Miller. A physician, athlete, scientist, professor of public health, practicing critical care physician, founder and CEO of a second Silicon Valley start-up, member of multiple boards and an industry advisor, Miller has recently turned his attention to The Human Energy Project - a global foundation that will give hope to thousands of children suffering from inherited energy impairment diseases. Miller is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edison Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Edison, he founded Galileo Pharmaceuticals, and was its Chairman and CEO from 1995-2005. Miller was an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After completing a Surgical Internship at the University of Chicago, he completed a Residency in Anesthesiology & Critical Care Medicine and a Fellowship in Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Currently, he holds an appointment as Adjunct Professor, University of North Carolina, School of Public Health. Miller is a Clinical Instructor, Stanford University School of Medicine, and is an attending physician in Medical-Surgical Critical Care and he holds an M.D. from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
