Adam Bly is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Seed Magazine and the founder and CEO of Seed Media group.

At 16 years of age, Bly was the youngest ever researcher at the National Research Council of Canada, where for three years he studied the biochemistry of cancer. He then launched the magazine Seed, a new kind of science magazine tag-lined “Science is Culture”, with the aim of raising scientific literacy in the general public. Bly now speaks worldwide on the future of science and its potential to affect positive change in the world, and has given talks at Davos, the U.S. Department of State, The Musuem of Modern Art, and at MIT, Harvard and Columbia Universities.

In 2007 Bly was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is the editor of the book Science is Culture: Conversations at the New Intersection of Science and Society.
