Biomedical aging researcher Aubrey de Grey demonstrates the potential for biomedical maintenance that can slow down the aging process and ultimately provide its cure. The largest obstacle to this miracle intervention, he argues, is the resistance most of us feel towards the idea of life extension, because we don’t have the emotional capacity to handle the magnitude of such questions.
