Cancellation Policy

ideaCity Conference registration fees are non-refundable. Should you find yourself unable to attend ideaCity, you may substitute a new registrant in your place, or defer your registration to the following year.

Substituting Registrants

To substitute an attendee for ideaCity, please fax a dated and signed written request to 416-362-4338.  The letter must include:

  • The original registrant’s name, email address and signature.
  • The substitute registrant’s name and email address.

Deferrals

Attendees may defer their passes to the following year only once. To do so, please fax a dated and signed request to 416-362-4338.
