Terms of Sales CONFERENCE REGISTRATION ideacity Conference registration fees are non-refundable. Should you find yourself unable to attend ideacity, you may substitute a new registrant in your place or defer your registration to the following year. For more information, see our FAQ page. All registration changes must be requested by June 8, 2012. No requests can be accommodated after this date. Any passes purchased after June 8, 2012 for ideacity12 are final sale with no substitution or deferral option available. Conference Passes are not shipped and can be picked up at the 2012 ideacity conference registration desk. For more information, see our FAQ page. DVDS AND OTHER MEDIA DVDs will be shipped by Canada Post, or other local parcel service as required. Handling Fee is 13% Ontario HST. All sales are final.
