Cancellation Policy
ideacity Conference registration fees are non-refundable. Should you find yourself unable to attend ideacity, you may substitute a new registrant in your place or defer your registration to the following year.
Substituting Registrants
To substitute an attendee for ideacity, please fax a dated and signed written request to 416-362-4338. The letter must include:
- The original registrant’s name, signature and contact information (including email address).
- The substitute registrant’s name and contact information (including email address).
Deferrals
Attendees may defer their passes to the following year only once. To do so, please fax a dated and signed request to 416-362-4338.
Please Note: All registration changes must be requested by June 14, 2013. No requests can be accommodated after this date.
